Evolution Veterinary Specialists Makes the List

Evolution Veterinary Specialists received amazing recognition on August 15, 2023, and it is thanks to your ongoing support!

Snap

Snap came into our hospital because of severe tremors caused by a toxin ingestion. After 24 hours of hospitalization and observation, his symptoms improved and he was able to go back to his foster family.

Pumpkin

Pumpkin presented for bruising after a bath. Blood work revealed an extremely low platelet count and further evaluation is consistent with a condition known as immune-mediated thrombocytopenia (ITP). With this condition, the body starts attacking and destroying the platelets causing an inability to clot properly.

Thor

We are so excited to see Thor doing better after being hospitalized for kidney failure. He’s improving every day and is at home with his loved ones again.

Zeus M.

Zeus came into our ER hospital for stabilization and overnight monitoring after he had a seizure. He was very talkative, active, and excited during his stay at our hospital. Right before he went home, he found his blankie and crashed after a long night.

Riley

Riley came into our hospital last week after being diagnosed with pericardial effusion (fluid around the heart) at Mountain Parks Veterinary Hospital. An echocardiogram did not reveal an obvious mass on the right atrium, so the cause of the pericardial effusion is unknown, even after further bloodwork. Our cardiologist treated the pericardial effusion and sent him home to be monitored closely.
