Dr. Matt O’Donnell is our distinguished veterinary surgeon with years of board-certified experience. After completing his medical studies at UC Davis and graduating with honors, Dr. O’Donnell completed an internship at Oregon State University and a surgical residency at UC Davis. He subsequently became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. He has performed highly skilled, complex operations in a variety of areas within the field of veterinary surgery; including general surgery, subcutaneous ureteral bypass, cardiac surgery, oncologic surgery, TPLO, fracture repair, joint reconstruction, and other orthopedic surgeries, and minimally invasive surgery (arthroscopy, laparoscopy, and thoracoscopy). He is also the published author of multiple written works within the veterinary surgery field.
