Outreach Coordinator

Tessa grew up in Colorado and found her way to EVS through her passion for people and animals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration & marketing and a master’s in marketing & global sustainability from the University of Colorado Denver. Upon graduation, Tessa completed an internship at Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom in Florida. Since then, she has worked in animal sheltering and veterinary medicine for over four years, honing her skills in administrative roles and on the medical floor.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tessa finds joy in an array of activities, from hiking and rock climbing to crocheting and crafting. She also enjoys evenings spent playing board games, attending live theater performances, and cuddling with her own sweet floofs—a bunny named Bellatrix Lestrange and a tripawd cat named Ani Skywalker.
