Recruiting, Onboarding & Retention Specialist

Hi there! My name is Dory Casias, and I am the Recruiting, Onboarding, & Retention Specialist at EVS. I am a Colorado native, an avid Broncos fan (for better or worse), tattooed, dedicated Autism mom, and loving wife…who (admittedly) keeps her husband on his toes. In my spare time (among other things) I enjoy playing video games with my son, watching WWE, listening to music with my husband, and taking our dog on long walks/hikes around our neighborhood. At work you can find me upstairs in my colorful office talking on the phone with potential candidates, conducting interviews, walking around checking in with our fantastic staff, laughing with my co-workers, or down in our blood bank assisting with blood donors. Working at EVS has been a journey so far…and me…I’ll just keep swimming.
