Internal Medicine

Dr. Jenna Ashton, DVM, MS, DACVIM (Internal Medicine) is available for in-person consultations, drop-off consultations, ultrasounds, and endoscopy. Dr. Ashton obtained her master’s and doctorate of veterinary medicine at the University of Florida and completed a year-long rotating internship in surgery and medicine at the Animal Specialty Center in Colorado. After completing her internship, she was accepted into a three-year residency program in internal medicine at Michigan Veterinary Specialists. Following her residency training, she achieved diplomate status in the Specialty of Internal Medicine with the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. When Dr. Ashton isn’t practicing, you can often find her outdoors enjoying activities like hiking, camping and skiing. She is the proud owner of two cats, Taloulah and Blakitu.
