Thoracic radiography telemedicine consultations may be submitted through Asteris. Please contact 720.705.7539 for information on downloading and using Asteris Keystone Community.

Cardiology Updates and Resources

Outpatient Echocardiograms & Forms

Please call 720.510.7707 to schedule an outpatient echocardiogram at our hospital in Lakewood. The referring doctor will also need to fill out the outpatient echo form BELOW and hit submit at the bottom. If the pet has a possible Arrhythmia, a consult with a Holter with Monitoring is recommended, not an Outpatient appointment.
